To update your address, you can contact us by phone, online, or in writing.
For security reasons, a change of keeper can only be processed either through your
online account or by submitting a written request.
We have strict procedures in place to ensure that any transfer of ownership is
legitimate and to help prevent unauthorized transfers, especially in cases where a
pet is reported missing or stolen.
Even if you’re not in contact with the previous keeper, our team can still process
the application upon receipt.
Please note that there are multiple microchip databases in the UK. To assist you
efficiently, we recommend having your pet’s microchip number ready when reaching out
to us.

However, there may be a fee for changing the registered keeper of a pet.
